Benchmark offers a full-service professional experience all the way from designing your new home with the latest computer assisted drawing applications, to our exclusive one-year Builder’s Warranty after you move in. For all of our projects, you will be able to sit down with us and plan for every detail of your home including your furniture placement. Work with us to establish a budget and specifications that meet your goals. We schedule regular meetings on site and all in our office to insure the Custom Home Building project is on track and to manage any changes that may arise during construction.
